In Norse Mythology The Norns (also Norn or Nornin) are female beings that rule the destiny of Gods and Men. They are present when a child is brought into the world and decide the child’s fate at birth.
The three most important Norns are Urðr, Verðandi and Skuld. They draw water from the Well of FATE and pour it over the Yggdrasill ( an immense ash tree, central in Norse cosmology, on which the nine worlds exist).
Norns is the Germanic Paganism translation of “The FATES”.
