The craft beer industry has us beaming.
We are so proud to be part of this innovative, growing, disruptive, collaborative group of businesses and people. We are ravenous, raving fans.
Seriously.
It is simply incredible the variety of “ways in” that dedicated, driven, intelligent people have discovered and forged into successful businesses and life-long careers, all based around craft beer. Let’s talk about it.
Beer Ice Cream – No introduction needed.
- Here at FATE we it’s a three way partnership between FATE Brewing Company, Ice Cream Alchemy and Ozo Coffee Company, to produce our Coffee IPA Ice Cream.
- New Belgium and Ben & Jerry’s teamed up for Ben & Jerry’s New Belgium Salted Caramel Brownie Ale, fudge brownie and salted-caramel swirls in beer ice cream.
- And local entrepreneur Mavyn Holman made a business out of it, Brew Moo’d, based in Lafayette concocts creamy version of well-known craft brews like Avery‘s Ellies Brown and Tweak.
But one of our favorite craft brewing industry stories by far is that of Wild Goose. If you haven’t heard of this brand it is time to get acquainted. They are taking the industry by storm and being genuinely good people while doing it.

We took receipt of our Wild Goose canning line mid-December 2015. This thing is a beauty and we are thrilled to use this system to build our brand. The canning revolution is on and we are excited to be a part of it.
Thank you, Wild Goose and congrats on the continued success.
