FOOD SERVICES
We believe in craft. Our seasonally updated menu features real wood fire smoked meats, veggie-forward sharable culinary inspired pub plates, super-sized nutrient dense salads and much more. FATE presents a menu that is unique, delicious and uses many locally sourced items. The ingredients we use are carefully selected and we do our absolute best to use local, organic, sustainable and seasonal products whenever possible.

  • Full Dinner Menu
    • FATE Brunch, Lunch, Happy Hour or Dinner Menu is offered for guests

    • Billed per order; prices listed on menus

  • Limited Dinner Menu
    • Select items are chosen from the FATE Brunch, Lunch, Happy Hour or Dinner Menu ahead of the event date
    • Some restrictions apply
    • Final orders must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the party date with guests names

  • BBQ Buffet
    • Four levels available for buffet service
      • 4 meats, 4 sides: $34.00/person
      • 4 meats, 3 sides: $30.00/person
      • 3 meats, 3 sides: $26.00/person
      • 3 meats, 2 sides: $22.00/person
      • 2 meats, 2 sides: $18.00/person
    • Protein choices include the following meat options: Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pork Shoulder, Grilled Chicken, Whole Birds (quartered for serving), Smoked Sausage, Smoked Turkey, or Smoked Ribs
    • Side choices include the following options: Creamy Slaw, Mac ‘N’ Cheese, Baked Beans, Simple Salad, Popcorn Grits, Garlicky Country Greens, Quinoa Cauliflower Tabbouleh, Roasted Vegetable Medley, or Caramelized Sweet Potatoes
    • All levels include: Rolls, FATE BBQ Sauce, and Beer Mustard BBQ Sauce
    • Add-ons are available for our vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free guests; please ask the Event Coordinator for additional details.
  • Pub Plates
    • Multiple options are available
    • Pre-ordered Pub Plates are suggested for large parties
    • Pub Plates can be served on family-style platters or can be set-up on a buffet line, based on the specific items and details of the party
    • Happy Hour Pub Plates are available Monday thru Friday from 3:00 – 5:30PM

BEVERAGE SERVICES
FATE is proud to offer a variety of bar options including FATE beer, rotating guest taps, hand-crafted cocktails, spirits, wine, soda, juice and Ozo coffee. We are confident that we can suggest a beverage to satisfy the taste buds of all of our guests.

We aim to produce beer people like to drink. Beer people seek. Beer that is unexpected. We find inspiration for new recipes all around us, from unique ingredients to community members, to our scratch kitchen. Our Brewery Team creates drinkable and delicious beer in a wide array of styles.

  • Host Sponsored Open Bar
    • Billed Per Drink
      • Host sponsored OPEN BAR is available on a per drink basis. The bar tab is included with the final payment at the conclusion of the event. The Open Bar option has no restrictions and includes: FATE beer, rotating guest craft brews, wine, FATE hand-crafted cocktails, top-shelf liquors, well-cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to include soda, tea, coffee and juice.
  • Host Sponsored Limited Open Bar
    • Billed Per Drink
      • Host sponsored LIMITED OPEN BAR is available on a per drink basis. The bar tab is included with the final payment at the conclusion of the event. The Limited Open Bar option has restrictions and includes: FATE beer, house wine, well cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to include soda, tea and coffee. Alcoholic beverages average $5.00/drink.

  • Happy Hour Bar (offered Monday – Friday 3:00 – 5:30PM)
    • Billed Per Drink
      • Host sponsored HAPPY HOUR BAR is available Monday – Friday 3:00 – 5:30PM. The bar tab is included with the final payment at the conclusion of the event. The Happy Hour Bar includes: FATE CORE Beer, House Wine and Happy Hour Well Cocktails
    • Drink tickets are available upon request
  • Host-Sponsored Non-Alcoholic Beverages

    • Billed Per Drink
      • Host sponsored Non-Alcoholic Beverages are available on a per drink basis. The bar tab is included with the final payment at the conclusion of the event. The Non-Alcoholic Beverage option has restrictions and includes: soda, tea, coffee and juice.

    • Personal credit cards collected at the time of ordering
