For private events, we do require a deposit. The deposit is 10% of the Food and Beverage Minimum, and must be processed in order to finalize the reservation. The deposit will be applied to the final bill at the end of the event. Deposits are non-refundable.
You are welcome to stop by the restaurant during our business hours, and you do not need an appointment time to do so. The best time to visit the brewpub is between 2:00 and 4:00PM. If the Event Coordinator is not available, our Manager on Duty would be happy to show our space and answer basic questions.
We request that payment is made at the end of the event. If you have special circumstances requiring pre-payment, please speak with our Events Coordinator to discuss options.
Absolutely! We encourage pre-ordered appetizers for large groups. We are happy to assist with item and quantity suggestions.

FATE can provide drink tickets valid for your Bar Option of choice including: Open Bar, Limited Open Bar, and Non-Alcoholic Bar.
Example: Drink Tickets valid for: Limited Open Bar to include FATE Beer, House Wine, Well-Cocktails and Non-Alcoholic Beverages. Guests may use a drink ticket when ordering beverage of choice and FATE server will collect drink ticket to charge for drink accordingly. As a reminder, FATE requires a valid driver’s license for ALL guests ordering alcoholic beverages.
You will only be charged for the number of drink tickets used. We will collect any leftover drink tickets at the end of the event.
Yes. We are happy to provide the host with drink tickets to be distributed to guests for the first round of drinks, which will be billed to the host tab. We will then collect individual credit cards for additional drinks. Hosts may also provide us with a tab limit for the bar to avoid the use of drink tickets.
We cannot allow any outside liquor on premise due to Liquor License Regulations. We offer a wide variety of beverage choices including 30 Beer taps, wine, handcrafted cocktails, and top-shelf liquors. We are confident that we can provide all guests with a memorable drink, and are happy to make suggestions based on taste preferences.
Guests are welcome to bring a celebratory cake for special occasions. We do not allow other outside food due to health regulations. We also offer a variety of dessert options for parties, so please ask!
You are welcome to bring flameless candles. Due to Fire Code regulations, we are not able to allow candles with open flames.
Yes, you may bring decorations, excluding candles with flames (due to fire code regulations). In most scenarios, hosts may access the private party space one (1) hour prior to the event start time. *Some restrictions apply.
Yes, we have a few options available for each space. Please refer to the options listed under the “Get to Know Our Space” section.
We can provide tablecloths for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like a price quote for a specific color or style. *Must be ordered ten (10) days in advance.
We work with preferred vendors, and would be happy to share the contact information for these vendors. You are also welcome to work with a vendor of your choice. FATE Brewing Company is not responsible for the storing or handling of flowers, decorations or dessert.
The answer is dependent on the date and time of the event. We will always do our best to accommodate a request, so please ask if this is something you wish to pursue for your party!
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate this request. Due to the high volume of large group gatherings, we must honor happy hour items during Happy Hour only Monday thru Friday 3:00 – 5:30PM. Thank you for your understanding.
Closing time fluctuates depending on business. Our kitchen closes at 10:00PM. We make last call between 10:00 and 10:30PM.
We will always do our best to accommodate brewery tours for private parties. Please ask the Events Coordinator for availability options. Please note that there are times when the brewery cannot accommodate a tour based on brewing schedules. FATE offers regular brewery tours at 4:00 on Sundays. Please call the restaurant directly to book your Sunday tour.
Yes, of course. We encourage pre-arranged transportation for parties. Please let the Event Coordinator know if you will be using a bus so we may provide drop off and pick up locations for the driver.
