Enrollment for the 2016 membership year begins November 6, 2015.
Absolutely. If members can’t pickup their allocation they can designate a (21+) Colorado Trustee responsible to pickup the beer in their place. Email FATED@drinkyourfate.com with the full name of the designated (21+) trustee and this person will be on file to pickup up your beer. It is up to members to communicate what orders should be picked up with their Trustee. See below for more on Trustees.
FATED members only enewsletters will announce anticipated release dates. A note on timing, much of the FATE Brewing Company FATED beer is aged for long periods of time on oak. We are at the mercy of Mother Nature while she does her lovely thing. This means that beer will not be available before its announced release date. Additionally, should a FATED Beer not meet our quality standards its release may be delayed or we may even choose not to release it at all. In the event a membership brew does not meet our quality standards we may offset the release with a beer or merchandise of equal or greater value. We apologize in advance should this cause any inconvenience.
These emails will also give members the chance at extra allotments and share other insider info.
We will periodically hold FATED Releases at our Brewpub in Boulder, CO when members can pickup bottles and merchandise. Once an allocation has been signed for and picked up by a member (or Trustee) FATE Brewing Company is no longer responsible for it. Orders will not be replaced after they have been signed for.
Simply bring your FATED Membership Card and your valid drivers license or passport.
No, unfortunately we are unable to ship beer.
Given the off chance you cannot stop by during the Release simply email FATED@drinkyourfate.com at least 48 hours prior to visiting our Brewpub to pickup your allocation. We will hold your allocation for 90 days following the Release. If you are unable to pickup your member allocation prior to 91 days following the Release we owe you a thank you because we will drink it. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for items not picked up by that date.
Depending on availability. If there is a surplus your membership with give you the opportunity to purchase more as none will be sold to the general public.
Simply email FATED@drinkyourfate.com with the full name of your Colorado Trustee. The Trustee, once added to your membership, can pickup your bottles and merchandise if you are not local to our brewery. When picking up the allocation make sure they bring a valid ID or they will not be able to get your beer for you.

As a current FATED member you will have first right of refusal for 2017 membership or until the program ceases to exist. FATED members have 30 days to reserve their membership before all remaining memberships go on sale to the public.
After picked up from our Brewpub we are unable to provide refunds for any damaged bottles.
Exclusive FATED beer bottled for 2016 will ONLY be sold through this program and will not be available in our taproom or at retail. On occasion, we may provide FATED members with an opportunity to receive or purchase more widely distributed beer.
FATED members will receive our most exclusive and unique products not available anywhere else. Styles will vary.
It is possible that beers that are exclusive one year will not be exclusive in subsequent years.
Yes, we have a cap on memberships. For 2017, current 2016 members will have priority re-enrollment opportunity. If there are any spaces after the pre-sale they will be offered to the general public until full.
Absolutely. They simply need to be 21+ years of age and with a valid ID to pickup their beer.
Members may not cancel, terminate or transfer membership for any reason. At any time and for any reason in its sole discretion FATE Brewing Company may cancel or terminate a membership. Reasons including, but not limited to, service to minors, violation of state or federal law or reselling FATED beer at retail establishments. Should your membership be cancelled your recourse it limited to a refund for initial fees minus retail value of allocation not already picked up by you or released by FATE Brewing Company.
